Ethics

In every way birch & company a/s endeavours to give candidates a fair and personal treatment. Firstly, because they are entitled to it, and secondly because, we act as our customer’s representative (the company who seeks a candidate for a vacant job).

Candidates who birch & company a/s has been in contact with, and who proved not to be suitable or wish not to continue in the appointment process, are of course ensured full anonymity. Consequently birch & company a/s will not inform the customer of the identities of these candidates.

Our top priority in all relations with the customer is that necessary measures are taken to ensure anonymity of the candidate in connection with the job seeking process. Therefore it is solely the customer’s managers and the relevant employees that will be informed of the candidate’s name and present employer.

Documents concerning the candidates will not be disclosed to any third party, and documents about the candidates who are not appointed will be destroyed immediately.

References from the candidate’s present or former employer will not be obtained without the prior accept from the candidate and birch & company a/s.

All candidates who have taken our test, will receive verbal feed-back. The test results, which the customer receive together with the description of the candidate and the relating CV, will only be used to list hypotheses and questions for the purpose of further dialogue during interviews. The test result alone will never be decisive for whether or not the candidate will be offered the job.
