Who can join a job bank?
Whether or not you are actively seeking a job, or in a position where you are not in a hurry to change job but merely wish to keep open the option for job change if the right offer appears, you are welcome to join our job bank.
What can you expect?
By now there are several job banks in Denmark, and sometimes false expectations for easy and fast access to a new job are bred. We wish to point out, that naturally, it is the customers who set the pace for what jobs to be filled. You could be in our job bank for a long period without receiving a job offer. On the other hand, the offer may appear after just a few days in the job bank.
The course while you are registered in the job bank
When we have an option for a job that matches your profile, we will contact you at home by telephone, where you will receive an advance briefing. If this conversation confirms the match between job and profile, and if you are interested in continuing with this specific course, we will arrange for a meeting/an interview at birch & company a/s.
You may inform us at any time that you wish to have your name deleted from the job bank. By withdrawal from the job bank all data will be deleted and all material destroyed.
